Folding Cartons
A folding carton can be printed rigid or corrugated board construction. The open-side style makes great single serving cereal boxes while the tub top variety is ideal for soup packaging . Folding cartons come in many shapes and sizes and it’s important to get real-time recommendations from your printing company to make sure you’re getting the right fit for your products.
Folded Box Printing
A box has a closed top and bottom and is typically used in retail sales of larger quantities than folding cartons. You can also add versatility and design appeal by designing a window into the package so that customers can see what’s inside without having to open it! If possible, we recommend using offset lithography for folded boxes which will offer the most vibrant colors while maintaining stability. Windows allow customers to see what’s inside before opening the package! You can include multiple windows so that customers can see different views of the products inside or you could create a small window on top vs. the side so that it stands out. We can either cut the windows in your package or create die-cuts that you can apply yourself at events.
