Offset printing is a traditional printing method that uses plates to transfer ink onto a rubber blanket, which then rolls the ink onto paper. Digital printing, on the other hand, directly prints from a digital file without the need for plates. Offset printing is ideal for large runs and offers high-quality, consistent results, while digital printing is better suited for shorter runs and quick turnarounds.

The best choice depends on your project’s requirements. Offset printing is cost-effective for larger print runs and provides excellent color accuracy and quality. Digital printing is better for smaller quantities, faster turnaround times, and projects requiring variable data printing. Our team will help you make this decision.

Common brochure sizes include 8.5″ x 11″, 8.5″ x 14″, 11″ x 17″, and 11″ x 25.5″. Popular fold options are tri-fold, bi-fold, Z-fold, gate fold, and accordion fold. We can also accommodate custom sizes and folds.

We offer a variety of paper types such as gloss, matte, and uncoated. Finishes can include UV coating, aqueous coating, or no coating. The choice depends on the look and feel you want for your brochure.

We accept PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, and TIFF files. PDFs are preferred as they ensure that your layout, fonts, and images are preserved accurately.

Ensure your files are in CMYK color mode, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Include a 0.125″ bleed on all sides, and make sure all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines.

Bleed refers to the area of your design that extends beyond the trim edge of your printed piece. It ensures that there are no white borders when the piece is trimmed to size. We recommend a 0.125″ bleed on all sides.

We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) and state-of-the-art color calibration tools to ensure consistent and accurate color reproduction. We also provide proofs for your approval before the full print run.

We offer digital proofs, which are electronic versions of your print job, and hard copy proofs, which are physical samples. Hard copy proofs are recommended for the most accurate color matching.

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity and quantity of your project. Generally, it ranges from 5 to 10 business days after proof approval. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
