Your Tradeshow and Event Print Prep List

It’s an exciting time of year. The streets are thawing out and soon we’ll see leaves coming back onto the trees. As the weather gets nicer, that also means more in person events like tradeshows to attend!

In this blog post, our goal is to help make sure you have everything ready so that you can get to your next show as close to stress free as possible.

Pop-up booths and banners

Not only do these help you stand out from the crowd, they also allow for easy set up.  This is especially helpful if you have limited staff and need to have something up quickly.

Tablecloths

Bring your branding to life with a custom tablecloth designed for your business. This way you can have your logo, contact information and any other pertinent messaging.

Flyers & Brochures

These should be printed in advance of the event and given to visitors as they walk by your booth. They can highlight features and benefits of your product or services and provide a way for people to learn more after they leave the show.

Business cards

Don’t forget to bring business cards! These are great for networking at events like these where you can meet lots of people in a short amount of time. Plus, they make it easy for others to remember how they can contact you later on.

Name Tags

Tradeshows are all about meeting new people so having name tags can help break the ice and encourage conversations.

Promotional items are a great way to show off your brand and get people interested in what you have to offer. You can choose from a variety of items such as pens, mugs, shirts and more. These make great giveaways at tradeshows and events!
